In accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of the Decree on the Valuation of the Economic Value of Legal Entities, Assets, Liabilities, and Equity (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, No. 70/13), the Law on Accounting and Audit (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, No. 15/21, Articles 26, 27, 28, and 29), and in compliance with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and International Accounting Standards (IAS), a Certified Appraiser performs valuations of legal entities, assets, liabilities, and equity, as well as determines the value of individual or total balance sheet items.
